Mail Club Questions

MAHAL KITA MAIL CLUB QUESTIONS:

"When can I join?"

• Note: SIGNUPS CLOSE ON THE 21ST EVERY MONTH @ 11:59PM EST.
• I.e. If you subscribe on October 21st, you will get October’s goodies. But if you subscribe on October 22nd, you will get November’s themed letters.
• Make sure to sign up for email notifications so you don't miss out!

"When are monthly MKMC letters sent out?"

• Monthly mails are sent on the 24th-25th of every month
• Note: Because monthly mails are shipped near the end of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive all the mails you've signed up for!

"When will my MKMC mail arrive?"

• Shipping in the United States only! Your MKMC has an arrival time within 1-2 weeks.

TRACKING:

• Please be aware that Mahal Kita Mail Club goodies are shipped with stamps to keep your membership affordable, and do not include tracking information.
• Note: If your address is incorrect and your mail gets lost, there will be a small fee for a resend, with tracked shipping. Always kindly check that your address is correct - if it's not, please email me as soon as possible so I can update your address info.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime.
• Note: When you paused but want to resume for a specific edition, please make sure to resume before your billing date, otherwise the system will skip that edition for you.
